what should i expect from an astrology reading?

an astrology reading is a dialogue between the client and the astrologer using the astrological birth chart as a kind of map or source material. we can discuss big themes in your life, areas of challenge or difficulty, areas of blessings and opportunities, timing and rhythms in your life, and recent and upcoming things to pay attention to.

the birth chart can offer clarity, guidance, and perspective on your life, and you should expect to come away from the reading feeling more empowered, with more clarity of direction, and with greater self-compassion and understanding.

what if i don’t have my exact birth time?

an astrology reading is always most accurate and nuanced with an exact birth time. however, we can still do a more general reading without it. i am currently working on becoming certified to do birth chart rectification, which is a process of determining the likely birth time. if you’re interested in this service, please send me a message.

will i get a recording of the reading?

i allow (and encourage!) you to record the reading. if we meet over zoom, you can record the session to your computer. if we meet in person, you can use the voice notes function to record the reading. if you are unable to do this for some reason, i can record the session and send it to you.

in addition, i will give you a copy of your birth chart as well as an astrology cheat sheet to take home with you.

are astrology readings in-person or online?

i offer in-person astrology readings in asheville, nc. anyone outside of the area can get a reading using zoom.

should i tip my astrologer?

because i set my own prices, the price you see is the price you pay! there is no expectation to tip.

what’s the cancellation policy?

if you need to cancel, just let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule. i do not offer refunds because i do work to prepare for our session. however, your payment will be good for up to 6 months if you need to reschedule.
